Frankly, I would tell him flat out that I know you're great friends with my folks, but I fully expect our patient doctor discussions to remain as such, and I am 100% serious. Pending his agreement, I would then flat out tell him I smoke weed once in a while.
Because you know what, they dont give a shit. They NEED the information or ALL of the tests are useless!
