This reminds of a guy I dated a few years back that got mad because I made plans to go to a science museum with one of my best friends and her 3 year old daughter.

Yes, you read that correctly, he was jealous of me hanging out with a girl I'd known since I was 13 and a toddler. At a science museum.

Apparently, I hadn't gotten the memo that he owned me and I wasn't allowed to hang out with anyone without asking him first or bringing him along... not even childhood friends and their kids.

And before you ask, no, I'd never cheated on him or done anything to instigate such jealousy and insecurity.

Some guys are just plain nuts.
