video drivers can be a huge pain to 'fix'. Just copying files into directories wont solve the problem (well it might, but its a bandaid solution.

Do you know what video card you have? You can try uninstalling it completely and let windows reinstall it for you.

I would look into your card manufacturer as they may have a specific solution to your error
