I just fired mine last week.
Now interviewing part timers again. I am thinking of hiring two part timers. One for M, W, F. Another TU, TH. Then splitting the work, and making sure I am not at a dead stop in the future. Over time, one of them may develop into something more than a pay check player.
Luckily I still have one other part timer who keeps plugging away. She just cant handle any more of the workload because of her full time.
