No Referrer - means that u don't know where from this traffic comes, usually it's useless

Proxy - means bots or chinese

don't buy traffic via traffic brokers or you'll just lose your money. focus on quality resources in your niche and buy traffic from them via banners or pop ups. post on some boards to find such stuff.
