Smokers have health problems then when they get old they are on medicare well who pays for thier smoking related medical problems? Um ME the person that smartly CHOSE not to smoke. Why should I have to pay someone's medical bills because they chose to be stupid? You want to smoke? You want to get rid of "sin" taxes? Fine. Sign a waiver saying you won't accept any taxpayer funded health care.
Easier solution. End the welfare state and watch the price of health care plummet.
