They make good money, but the revenue is falling already I bet. They will always be able to turn a profit, but how much? People that started these tube sites are hit and run types, they won't stick around when the revenue falls below a certain point. Someone will come in here and say I'm clueless, probably someone who nobody has any idea what they do in the business. But all I can say is bookmark this thread and this post and check on it in December.
P.S. Redtube has been pretty legit for some time now. I wouldn't even consider it an illegal tube site anymore. People need to get off of GFY and surf around their market a little bit.

While you are absolutely right, it isn't necessarily good news for the industry. Free full scenes being the standard lowers conversion rates, even if those scenes are provided by sponsors. A legit tube featuring thousands of full scenes is just as harmful to the industry as an illegal tube, in that respect.
It's an inevitable development, of course. But for many in this industry, it will be a very painful one.
