I have a site that was started in June 2006. It is getting 5,000 daily uniques which is 80% search engine traffic. The site is getting 500+ direct type in traffic every day. I have 15 trades set up right now with various sites. It has 30k backlinks and 7,500 pages cached in google. The page rank is pr2.
In its prime it was doing 1.5k a month in sales but I have so many projects that I really do not put the amount of time and effort into it that it deserves. The current revenue it produces varies from 3-500.00 a month with almost no work being done to it.
This site is well seo'd and over the years I have put tremendous amounts of work into it to get it where it is. With the right owner the site could really blow up to its potential. It is currently ranked for some solid teen keywords.
