Yes XBiz clearly ripped you off (or their designer did), but hey you seem to have no money and they seem to have a lot so you being the small business will always get fucked over with no recourse. Its how biz is done in this industry, just accept it and move on... you cant touch Xbiz otherwise you would have already.
