A new assistant art director did in fact take some small liberty with your website, using a partial screenshot of it within a larger derivative work that was produced for one of my articles.

There was no intention to compromise your intellectual property, he simply made a poor choice when the art assignments were handed down and your site happened to be on his monitor at the time.

Please note that I will also be publishing a written retraction in an upcoming edition of XBIZ World Magazine to further rectify the matter. While I can not undo what has been done, it is my intention to correct the error and to shed more positive light on your site which I hope helps it to generate increased sales in the future as well.
