I heard him talking about its threat by hackers attacking government installations as well as public, ie. electric grids, etc. Not sure how people comprehending what he said as "a fear of to much information reaching the masses." It is ridiculous.
And before you guys jump me, I do realize his statements could lead to a change in the way the internet runs. Only takes a few to ruin it for everyone else. Blame the hackers, not the government.
