The toxic debt was already on the american taxpayer.
Why dont they just give every american citizen 18 or over 1 million dollars? Seriously. Think of all the taxes that'd generate, and sales of durable goods would jump instantly as people finally could "afford" to upgrade their 1960's fridge. Anyway, instead we're giving money back to the top instead of where it would make a dent. It's a shame really.
