"Is this happening only on them or most of the affiliates programs are having higher ratios"
My ratios have skyrocketed. A couple months ago I bounced a program that gave me 2500:0 assuming that the sponsor was screwing me. I recently re-added them because nearly all my sponsors are doing minimum 1:1000.
