To me, common sense would be to indicate a price range within your budget, along with examples of similar styles to what you are looking for. This will ultimately help filter the plethora of designers on here, and target your results a little better than using such broad / generalized and undefined terms such as "Quality" and "Good". In doing so, you save everyone's time, unqualified designers from posting with no chance of actually getting the project, as well as your own having to sort through them all.
Just my stupidly crazy opinion though.

true, this thread was probably made in error due to being in a rush, nothing against you. Just annoys me when people spam the threads without even reading the actual post. Now let me try and narrow down what I'm looking for
