what these guys are doing is buying the oem copies and selling them outside the scope of the licience. (see 4)

They're not real OEM copies. Trust me, you're buying pirated copies.

It's a fairly genius business plan, despite its illegality.

Sell a product unlimited times at a price that makes it seem legit, zing.
