This is what I made last night.

2 pork chops
cut a pocket inside of them for stuffing
Season with salt

Toss this together:
Bread Crumbs
Apple pieces (small thin chunks)
White Onion (Small thin chunks)
Green Onion (Small cuts)
Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon or so)
Condensed Milk (Maybe 2-3 tbls... I just do it till it's the right consistency for me)
Fresh ground pepper (McCormick shit works alright)

This isn't an exact recipe.. it's all to taste and preference. Some like more milk than others for a drier / wetter "stuffing".

Throw that in the oven at 350* for 25 minutes each side (Yes, 50 minute cooking job) and when it comes out it'll be amazing. Also I just set it and forget it, no fawning over it or anything.

Comes out tender with a crisp "shell" on the outside, really nice.
