The first thing that sprang to mind when I read this thread was "Anybody that trusts that idiot KB with their record keeping will surely deserve whatever they get.". It wasn't until later when Chad chimed in that I realized that there's probably some people involved in this business venture that do know what they're talking about.
Why anybody would link their product to KB still baffles me. Why wouldn't you get a front man with slightly more credibility? Like maybe an old box of donuts or something.
