Would I need to then compress and send each new site to you every week (or day or month or however often it is needed) and with the blogs if you compress my blogs as I update do you just compress the new one and replace the old version with the new version?

You are just uploading and keeping a copy of the content and the docs/IDs. As you add content, you upload the content as well as the 2257 docs and IDs that correspond to those pics or videos. With this system, it grows with your site.
You wont need to compress anything, the software does it automatically.
As for old versions, those should not be deleted. Once they are published, you need to keep the records in case of an inspection.
