For anyone not familiar with the current verdict that has been appealed in Phoenix AZ for Jeff Kilbride and James Schaffer should check out this link and notice that they were also in violation of 2257 recordkeeping.

This is very interesting to me, since it's like comparing Al Capone back in the 40's with his crimes. While the DOJ wasn't able to convict Al on the various felonies he had committed, they DID get him on Tax evasion.
I don't want to see hard working webmasters get indicted like Jeff and Jim for 2257.

I hope in the near future there won't be a witchhunt against webmasters- but I also feel our product will give many the piece of mind they are looking for. It's another layer of protection that most webmasters still haven't a clue about.
