Every package listed above also bundles $150-$250 in hard costs of software. Furthermore, they all include more bandwidth than any other bundled promotions with ElevatedX. Even more, they are all inclusive of unlimited REAL support and a full monthly backup on your data - regardless of whether it's 100 gigs or 1000 gigs. Everything costs.

Overwhelmingly, this is far less expensive in every respect than all of the competition offers and the feedback we have on our plan is outstanding. This isn't a high rate of overage by comparison to many other companies and in almost every instance where we are gaining clients they are commenting that it's less than they were paying elsewhere.

While other hosts market "the full monty" very few are delivering on all points. Furthermore, none that I know of make such consistent milestones to improve service, reliability and performance. Outside of all that, just ask MojoHost customers what either myself or my team has done to help them with their business outside of our traditional realm of responsibility.

And even more, still... Should I bring people to this thread that have started with an entry level package and outgrown it? It'd be a slaughter on your perception. They get friendly calls before getting their first bill of overage. We support our clients when they grow by offering better deals and even retroactively decreasing overage rates and doing write-downs.

What's missed in today's hosting service market is that with the gamut of complicated installations which include often 5-10-more scripts, platforms like Wowza for streaming flash is that tech support really needs to be on point to help someone scale their business.

You probably weren't aware that I do extra for our clients in even more ways. Did you know that I'm the ONLY host to warranty members areas against defect of password sharing when our clients use ProxyPass? We don't even monetize on the product but I'm a principled believer in doing right by our clients as I recall all of the learning curve and ultimately "shit happens" as a previous site operator myself. I zero all of that out. I also don't do standard service crediting limited by TOS - subjective, total guarantee - whatever it takes to make the client whole.

So although it's easy to frown on a price of $23/mbit (.10 per gigabyte +/-) I prove every day to our clients that we truly LOWER their total cost of ownership. Very little is what it seems in the broader hosting market and we pride ourselves in going above and beyond the call of service.

In short, assumptions are just that - not based in fact. If you were a customer of mine we would have long since earned your trust, respect and complete faith in our business to do whatever it takes to support the growth of yours. Lest I remind everyone, it's a rare day that we lose a client to a competitor host but it's business as usual when they flee from every competitor to enjoy an experience that provide a true savings and piece of mind.
