Definitely use both of them, they even offer integrated cascading these days

CCBILL is still, even after all the years, not a bad solution to start your affiliate back end, they pay like a clockwork and with a lot of scamming going on constantly every affiliate likes the fact that he gets paid what he earns no matter if the paysite owner is out of coke or not

I would even disagree with After Shock Media regarding the admin - as I believe the CCBILL admin is extremely intuitive and functional, considering the amount of functionalities and more importantly the amount of data that go through.

I was involved with managing IT projects several times and this piece of software is actually something I consider to be excellent in its design / functionality and interface.

Other pluses:

- you can fix payments on any of the offered currencies, which is handy especially if you want Europeans to pay in Euro
- with my custom cms I can also offer an option of sending traffic to the forms with regional billing / regular billing / fixed prices = lot of freedom about how do you want to bill your customers

EPOCH - according to my experience most probably less scrub and works probably a little bit better with certain European cards, to pay with Epoch is no brainer and canceling is also easy.

As for the admin - the new admin is more flashy but I find annoying, when I need to re-login and use different parts of the software put on different domains etc.

The stats format could be also a little bit improved since it's a lot of clicking and additional calculations to get the essential data I need.
I actually kind of liked better the older one, more crude interface.

Both have excellent customer service, both pay like a clockwork, both have experienced and professional sales executives, both are expensive.

Why? I would guess two main points:

1) there is not that many processors that wouldn't go under during the past 10 - 11 years - a question of trust
2) their service is turn key and professional - professional and timely support / fraud prevention (is this the right word?) / built in affiliate software / payouts to affiliates etc.
