That's the issue. They do seem to want these charges to carry the sex offender label and it seems they really want to start pursuing these sort of cases more the way they're talking about it in the news. I mean come on, a 14 year old girl expresses herself sexually by sending a few boobie pix to her boyfriend or to tease some guy over the net, and she's getting charged with producing child porn and is labeled a sex offender? This is just a little bit fucking ridiculous, no? What happened to educating people on the risks involved with these sort of things? Is creating criminals out of normal everyday people really the answer? Let's start charging any kid who looked at any porn with being a sex offender. Let's label everyone under 18 who has sex a criminal. Let's just start branding and imprisoning anyone under 18 who even thinks about sex, and public execution for unwed teenage mothers!
