so another month has gone by and after Sami says he would get this taken care of i get charged again for a web hosting account that was cancelled in January. did your hosting provider all of a sudden copy the billing practices of cross-selling websites now? making it difficult for customers to stop you billing their credit cards? LOL, it's just a joke, but come on seriously this is getting ridiculous. in total i think i contacted you guys through email, ICQ, and phone 10 or more times already and was told 3 times already it would be fixed and still nothing. not to mention have to post a thread to get your attention after numerous attempts of not getting an answering back through ICQ and emails.
