One of the things that has seemed to help me tremendously is washing dishes. I know it is not the most exciting thing, but I cook a lot and randomly wash dishes 2-3 times a day in hot water. It feels so good on my wrists and hands, and its been like therapy. I don't have the problems like I used to have.
Honestly, it might even keep me from installing a dishwasher, it helps that much.
and your girl will love you for it!
