Ah, come on. That's weak and we all know it. If I leave my car unlocked, it might not be smart of me but it doesn't make it right to steal my car. Almost every adult webmaster has eaten a bandwidth theft loss at some point and we all know it sucks, so why the hell would one of us do that to someone else?
Edit: Not to mention he is stealing original work which the author specifically asks people not to do. It's a pretty funny site, by the way. He at least deserves a plug:
