I can't believe how these people deal with their support tickets.
I'm trying to upgrade my membership... that means PAYING them since almost 2 weeks. Can't get the credit card going (tried 3 different) for some reason. They ask me to call them first, then say they need my credit card scan, photo ID, etc... I sent them and after 3 business days I'm still waiting.
On top of that, they disabled my free account (can't even log in) all together to make sure I upgrade. WTF?
The only alternative billing they have is faxing all your documents and waiting days.
As a paysiter owner myself, I thought I was not that quick on Customer Support emails and requests, but now I feel completely different.
