I don't think it really matters wether she is or isn't for one much like everyone else in England there not actually of English Descent and secondly the royal family don't make any actual important decisions we just keep them for the tourism.
I think all in all they both made an equal amount of effort. I mean they both paid someone else to sort it out so really not much point getting upset over it. (unless you was the person that was paid to sort it )
