RRRed, did the IRS make you fill out a collection information statement where they ask you how much you spend a month on gas, food, bills, rent etc?
I got my debt under 25k so I'm ok now but when I do my taxes for 08 it's going to up in the danger zone again and I'm going to have to do an installment plan for 2 years (07 and 08). I'm afraid my debt will be over 25k again and then they will want to know exactly how you allocate your funds every month.
