Yes, Sarah if you go to Africa and tour villages and talk about land mines and aids no one will care. Diana however put the spotlight on children worldwide and did a lot to bring attention, money and action to the issues. She could have easily stayed home and done nothing as many royals and dignitaries do.  |
She wasn't a saint. She did just as much for herself as she did for anybody else. Which is not to say she didn't do good things but she wasn't the saintly creature that people are trying to write into history.
