just to clarify i started out using an old maxmind database , then switched to borked's one and it worked amazing i just didnt read the terms and got the server blacklisted, so i had to go back to the shitty maxmind one that made the script a bit confusing.
i highly recommend borkeds version to anyone interested in a geo database , it rocks and was much better at accurately predicting the gfy user locations
