Apparently, a former customer was involved in illegally downloading Hollywood movies. The actions of the FBI impacted companies from the likes of AT&T and Google on down, millions of dollars of equipment was taken, over 100,000 people have had their 911 service impacted - seems like an inappropriate level of response to me.
