wow... he could have just done the professional thing, paid the 105.00, said "thank you" and let the entire industry know that he puts affiliates first, is on top of the issues and will do what he can to make things right.
but... he kinda went a different route with that one.
personally, i think 105.00 could have bought an assload of goodwill... and would have been a bargain.
