I was talking to AP, more about them running out to sue people on crap they call news - which is simply copied from someone else anyway.


If you send a notice, the person must remove it... or you can sue them. No different for us or them, they just have a team of lawyers that they already pay to do this shit.

I think Google news and others have been sued over including others content without permission.. No idea how that ended, but I see google and yahoo are still here and I haven't heard of those news sources - so prob didn't go over so well for them
