Yeah, as the linked thread from the start of this post makes clear, they seem to have got into a death spiral where they spent or otherwise lost the cash that belonged to their affiliates, and so they've spent a year kiting payments, greasing the squeakiest wheels, and using the "we've initiated a wire transfer into Epassporte, you should have your money next week" excuse so often it feels like they have it on a macro hotkey. Back in December Dino put a lot of effort into calming me down and explaining how he was depositing huge amounts of his own money into the business, putting Paul Spears on a leash (Dino used the phrase "better supervision" if I remember properly) and otherwise blowing copious amounts of smoke up my ass. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like any of that was real.
When you need "payment plans" for affiliates you only owe a few hundred dollars to, it's getting pretty sad.
