Our tier1 staff is responsible for answering the live chats, they have received some very basic training so far and will be receiving more comprehensive training during the next couple weeks. This is a brand new, very large product and initially we would like our best techs providing the support for it.

This is not in the new system but we will certainly take it under consideration for future implementation.
