When your posting shit like "offering 1/3 of profit" your going to get some wolves. Don't let these monsters take your money. No one is superman we all need to hire out in one area or another. You are looking for a person to "host and maintain the site". Spend some time looking up a adult hosting company that has "managed" servers. Look for quality scripts being used by other sites you would like to mimic and have it installed. I'm sure what you need done has been done before and you can find a script with a admin area installed for a reasonable price. Break down the items you want done and hire people for each field.
