Right, and he is saying that he doesn't want that because the "cheaper labor" will come in and "take jobs" and money. That is the common argument. Basically the poor countries get to "rape" the rich countries... which is kind of backwards as to how it's been for millenniums, LOL. Maybe it's some kind of payback, LOL.
