Probably my fault for going with a 'discount' designer in the first place. I scrapped the entire design by Sarah/Zuzana for which we agreed $1400 and I paid $900 of that. And with nothing to show for it at all.
I'm having my dating site redesigned by a top-notch design firm for $5k so at least I can get the right look for the site.
I shopped Sarah's design to everyone on my team and they all agreed it was pretty poor. I can post screenshots of the two and you decide.
