Sorry Zuzana, and it's nothing personal, but I'm not happy with the design. That's just how it goes. I paid $900 for a design I didn't use. So I'm out $900 and you didn't get an extra $500. Who do you think is worse off?

I have numerous emails from you specifically saying "I love it! Looks great!"
In fact, you had me do one design and said you "loved it" and then a week later said your programmers wanted a different color even though you already approved the design. So I changed the colors and logo for you and your response was "Hi Zuzana, looks great! I just sent you $250, I'll send the remaining $500 on monday and then you can send me the zip files, my epass is completely tapped right now. thanks! ET"...that was almost 3 months ago and I haven't heard a peep from you. You've never shown any attempt to say you didn't like it (unless saying you loved it had some hidden meaning I've never heard of)
Since when does someone exclaim happiness and promise final payment when they are not happy? I've left you emails, ICQ's and I've left messages on the phone number provided by your domain whois, all of which were completely ignored. As you know I do changes until my clients are 100% happy, so I highly doubt that is what is happening here, especially considering your joy at the outcome of the design. I've found numerous threads from other boards, and posts on craigslist about you doing this to designers. Your unprofessionalism doesn't excuse the fact that you hired me for a job, approved and "loved" the design and then didn't hold up your end of the bargain to pay for it.
