Internet Explorer 8: yeah i'm a fan of IE 8
BeyondCopy: Always running in the background allows me to copy and paste over my network beyondcopy.sourceforge.net
ColorPix: I love this app www.colorschemer.com/colorpix_info.php
phpDesigner 2008: what a time saver.

I would consider Outlook 2007 but, I try not to send email while working it just sits in the background.
