I've been with Phatservers for almost 3 years and they are fucking fantastic. When I need tech support at 4AM I send an email to PhatServers and the problem is fixed in 5 minutes and they write me back. And its been like that the entire time I've been with them. I can't leave because I'm spoiled by their great support
