I'm glad my Mom's not on the Internet. I'd hate to see her fall for things like this.
I received one of the Nigerian Prince scam emails one day, and decided to call the phone number just for kicks.
The guy on the phone said he was a lawyer for the Prince and get this: He invited me to London to meet with him in person (the lawyer not the Prince) to sign the paperwork, and that they money would be wired to me soon afterwards. "Oh, and don't forget to bring a check for $44,000 for legal fees and other (bullshit)"...
Just incredible..
