Nice idea
I have noticed from a few small group sites l run that when you change them from free to pay it really causes mayhem
no matter how small the charge ! .
Maybe thats why a lot of the social networking sites such as Facebook,Twitter and even Craigs List are reluctant to try even a minimal fee ?
From my small set up some left,some complained but at the end of the day now it at least has paying members.
