Every now and then I might run anti-spyware software, which usually finds little if anything, but anti-virus is a big bunch of bullshit and despite that, I still went through the motions, downloaded the thing that was supposed to detect/remove conficker and whaddya know? Not infected. But somehow they know that millions of computers are infected? What, did conficker implement some tracking code from them?

I think in this day and age you have to either accidentally click something or be a retard to get a virus/worm.
