Your affiliate list wasn't stolen you asshole, you left it open on your forum for anyone in the public to see without even having to register. When I emailed the list to craigslist they responded that they already had it since they just went to your forum and copied it. Nice job protecting your spammers, they are going down because you are fucking stupid.
You even served yourself and your affiliates up to craigslist on a silver platter by quantifying how much you made spamming craigslist and how much you paid your affiliates.
Do your idiot affiliates even know they agreed to craigslist TOS by posting that they are liable for $1000 damages per spam email? Well they will know now, won't they? When craigslist subpoeneas their email providers for ip addresses they will have nowhere to hide.
Do your affiliates actually think you will protect them when they get sued? You can't even afford to pay them on time because you are underfunded and have to wait for dating sponsors to pay you before you can pay them. When the lawsuits come you will try and disappear and leave them on their own. You lied to them and told them you would be the only one getting sued, not true craigslist has all their info and will serve each and every one of them. You can't lie and say you will get them a lawyer because you can't even afford to pay them on time.
If you are an affiliate of craigspimp set up an anonymous email address, and then email
[email protected] and ask him yourself if they have your info and if they are preparing to fuck you in the ass. I hope the few bucks you made was worth it
