The content is not hosted on my server.. it's merely being displayed on my website. Perhaps you should question the numerous free hosting services of their legality along with their 2257 compliance.
Almost like a FHG being hosted on that websites server.. you certainly do not need a custodian of records do you ? .... Same applies here.
