Man, it's not hard to see why people are making less money. 2007 thinking in 2009, that's the problem. Not saying exclusive content doesn't work with some biz models, but here we are telling you that Kara's, a flagship site since 1995, is converting better today than it has in years. New design have something to do with it? Perhaps. But how about the fact that we, as a company, are structured to allow more people in the door.

In other words, exclusive content, non exclusive content, landmark content of two Martians in a 69, it all means shit if your processing capabilities aren't up to 2009 standards.

Absorb that ONE fact and you'll make more money.

PS - The biggest mistake people in this industry have made since 1995 is forgetting that was turns them on isn't what turns everyone else on. That mentality will send you searching the couch cushions for beer money.
