Yes indeed it does, on both ends too.
More and more sponsors have been coming out with 3D Toon paysites over the past few years, and before that (98-06) there were only really a handful of paysites for the niche.
It converts with almost any kind of traffic, the fetish content seems to do really well also.
It has many perks over it's 'real' counterparts as well, such as....
no paperwork needed (2257)
no high overhead costs (models, legal, locations, equipment)
the models don't flake out, find god, or get embarrassed and demand their content pulled
The models don't EVER age.... unless you want them to lol
and last but not least, not jealous boyfriends or husbands.
The list really goes on and on....

YES, YES, YES! (as odd as that may sound lol)
When I ran my paysites (01-06) I saw the average member retain about 6-8 months at a time, and some stayed for well over a year, and it was not a case of them forgetting to cancel either, my sites were all driven by "member requests" and since I pretty much was the cheif cook and bottlewasher, I handled all the content in house so I could cater to damn near every request.
The trick to a successful 3D Toon site, are pretty simple....
Content (LOTS of updates)
Member interaction (keep them coming back and ask them what they want to see next)
TRAFFIC! (self or affils)
ADVERTISE! (for affils and more members)
