I get ya as I really do not like American chocolate much either (well brand name). My point I guess was that Cadbury tastes like American chocolate over here. Would not surprise me in any way to learn that they make it in a different way here either. I guess it does not pass the Coke or Budweiser type test - tastes the same everywhere you go.
