This whole industry has people floating from one company to another and doing the same or similar jobs all the time. How can AVN be so petty as to file a lawsuit like this in a industry like ours that is so small and tight knit?

As a company owner I think it's a joke to expect one of your sales people not to go somewhere else if you can't pay them competitively or the work environment is not constructive.

In my opinion, this girl has no trade secrets because after working in this biz for even a month you get to know who's who and what's what. There are no big secrets anymore and since Cali is a "right to work" state...I doubt very much this is anything more then a scare tactic.

I'm just venting cause I can't believe what I'm reading.
